Parochial house
We rent out up to 4 private rooms in a historic building which is part of the Catholic Church. It is located in Rifiano, just 10 minutes away from Merano and surrounded by mountains and nature. The place is ideal for friends, sport enthusiasts and couples. Hiking trails and restaurants are very close to the apartment.
Please keep in mind that the building is located next to the church and the bells are audible.
Minimalistic rooms
Every room has it's own private bathroom with shower. The double beds are king sized (180x200) but can be separated into two singles.
The walls are old and uneven; the floor creaks and there is no tv - instead there's a breathtaking view and an authentic atmosphere. Luxury of a different kind and a true experience in beautiful South Tyrol.
Sharing community
The room is one of 4 private rooms which are rented on the third floor and are equipped with private bathrooms and access to the kitchen and living room. You will find everything you need, from silverware to a small oven. The only thing missing is a dishwasher.
The kitchen and living room are common rooms and are shared with other guests from the same floor.
It is possible to rent the whole floor so sharing is not required.
